Orders

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped we can usually change or cancel it. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order ships, changes may not be possible., please contact us here.

Do you offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items?

Some products allow pre-orders. If available, this option will be shown on the product page with an estimated restock date.

Shipping & Pickup

What delivery options do you offer, and what are the costs and delivery times?

We offer local delivery and in-store pickup. Delivery fees depend on distance and item size, and will be clearly shown at checkout. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days—you’ll see an estimated delivery date when placing your order or receive an update from our team.
We keep pricing straightforward with clearly displayed delivery fees at checkout.

Can I pick up my order the same day?

Yes—if your selected store has the item in stock or offers a pickup time slot, same-day pickup is available. This depends on local store inventory and scheduling. If the item is readily available, you may also visit the store directly to purchase or pick it up.

What is "In-Store Pickup" and how does it work?

In-store pickup means you select a specific store to pick up your order during checkout. If the item is in stock and eligible for pickup, it’s usually available the same day or next day. Please bring your order confirmation (or an authorized pickup notice if someone else is picking up for you). If the item needs to be transferred from a warehouse, it may take 1–3 days. We’ll notify you by phone or text when it’s ready for pickup.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

Goods will be delivered via GLS, AMSP or FedEx. We offer door-to-door delivery.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use that link or enter your order number on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be in new or like-new condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included, so they can be resold. Before returning or refusing a delivery, please contact our customer service team at service@dumoshome.com to register your return. You can also click here to view our full return policy.

What warranty coverage do you offer?

We provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Most products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. including issues with materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. If you need warranty service, please contact our customer support and provide photos—we’ll assist you with the process.

Are return shipping fees refundable?

In most cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping fees are only refunded if the item was sent incorrectly or arrives damaged or defective.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If the packaging is severely damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and taking photos as proof. If hidden damage is found after assembly, please take photos and contact our customer service within 24 hours. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair based on the situation.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We will offer installment payment plans as soon as possible (up to four installments).
