Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team for return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to personal preference or a non-quality-related reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Item no longer needed
- Preference changes
- Color or size expectations
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
